WHAT IS HORIZON ELITE?
Horizon Elite is a rewards program designed to reward our customers for their loyalty and commitment to Horizon. Points are earned for participating in “partnership activities” (see “How are points earned?” below)
HOW DO I BECOME A HORIZON ELITE MEMBER?
  • Serve as a Horizon reference and be willing to participate in partnership activities
  • Maintain your account in good standing
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
  • Register as a Horizon Elite Member and receive 150 points immediately. You can then earn points through any of the following “Partnership Activities”:
    • Accept a reference call from a Horizon prospect and provide a positive reference
    • Write a customer referral letter
    • Participate in a case study
    • Host an onsite visit from a Horizon prospect
    • Beta test new products
    • Host a Users Group Meeting
    • Refer new clients to Horizon
    • And more – new activities are added constantly!
  • Once you have registered for the Elite Program, you can volunteer for partnership activities directly via the website.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
  • Redeem points via the View/Redeem section of the website. An online catalog is available with item descriptions and point values.
WHAT REWARDS CAN I RECEIVE?
  • A detailed product catalog is available on this website. Reward items include hardware, software, services, user group meetings, and promotional items.
How will the program be administered?
  • Your Client Relations Director will be notified of points earned or activities volunteered for. The Director will validate and award the points. The Accounting Department handles all redemptions once points are verified for a reward item.
  • Rules
    • Points are valid for 2 years from date earned
    • Points must be redeemed for full amount of reward item
    • Extra points cannot be purchased
    • Horizon reserves the right to terminate or disqualify anyone from the Elite program
    • If disqualified from the Elite Program, any accumulated points must be redeemed or forfeited within 30 days of termination
    • Points cannot be transferred
    • Points do not apply to shipping/handling, travel expenses, maintenance, or repairs
    • The Elite Program does not preclude original hardware/software agreementss
    • Horizon reserves the right to terminate the Elite Program at any time
    • Elite point values are subject to change at any time, this applies to reward items and activities.
